Join clinicians, researchers, policymakers, and advocates from across Africa and the diaspora. ASOC 2026 is held online on December 16 and 17, 2026, so you can take part from anywhere in the world. There is no registration fee this year, and registration takes a couple of minutes through Zoom Events.
Registration
Registration is handled through Zoom Events and is free for every participant, whether you join a single session or both days. Once you have registered, your joining link and the programme are sent to the email address you register with.

Before You Begin
There is no registration fee for the conference this year. Registration is required for all participants.
ASOC 2026 takes place online on December 16 and 17, 2026. There is no travel: join the sessions from anywhere in the world.
The joining link, platform details, and programme are emailed to the address you register with, ahead of December 16. Register with an address you check.
Your name as it should appear on conference materials, country of residence, email, WhatsApp number, organization or institution, job title, professional category, and which of the two days you plan to join. Questions? Email asocconference@gmail.com.
